I extended my Saturday diet for 3 days! Missed out on fat day Sunday to try..
this Saturday extension method. So its Mon-Thurs as the normal diet for them days, then Fri – Sun as a Saturday diet.. seems to be working OK for me. Its only 3 weeks with-out junk food right? Get over it right? Too easy!
